No BIR 2316 for years

Hi, all! I’ve been with my current company for 3 years na and in all those years, I haven’t received a copy of my BIR 2316 — despite countless follow-ups. No ITRS, as well, kaya I’m worried na it might cause me some problems in the future. TT - TT

I guess what really makes me worried is that sa “tax” section ng payslips ko, there’s no amount indicated. And since they told us na we do have BIR 2316, I assumed that it will also reflect there. And if I understand correctly, all deductibles are indicated sa BIR 2316 and it will probably cause them problems if filed incorrectly? So I’m not really sure what to think of this atm — I’m just anxious na they haven’t really been deducting it from my salary and ang ending, the problem will fall on me.
