Iso local legend

This is obscure but I figured why not ask. I am 29 but when I was a kid I got to know this older Asian man who would go to the botanical gardens and turtle park and do tricks with yo-yos and tops and he would give little tops out to kids. I saw him for years and years but I never found out his name of much about him. But he was always so kind to me and if anyone ran into this street performer and has information id love to know more!
