Does anyone here sell food at local markets?

If so please could you help answer some of my questions regarding how to start selling at markets?

I emailed MPI but received a vague response which didn’t answer my questions and can’t find anything specific enough online either.

Basically I’d like to know how can someone become certified in NZ to sell food to the public at markets from a stall? What permits do I need? Do I need a food safety certificate? Comprehensive insurance? LLC? Trade mark? IRD number? Anything else?

I’d be selling real fruit ice cream using pre-made ice cream and frozen fruit so wouldn’t need a commercial kitchen to produce ice cream.

Any help is greatly appreciated, I’m feeling lost and not getting anywhere trying to find information
