Heating for the baby

Hello, so I have recently moved into a new place and the house is pretty cold so far already and with winter coming up i’m worried about how my baby will do I’m considering heating options but would like opinions. Either heating pad under cage or placing a portable oil filled radiator with an adjustable thermostat close by the cage stand are what I have concluded, any other options i might be missing?
