HPV negative and ASC-H

For context, I am 21 years old and just received my results from my first-ever Pap smear. To my surprise, my results came back ASC-H. I am not currently sexually active, nor have I been in the past. My doctor has recommended a colposcopy. I guess my question is, how concerned should I be? I want to do all the follow-up I need to, but I am thinking of requesting a second Pap before moving forward with the colposcopy. Thoughts?
