advive on univs for transferring to BSCS

helloo! currently a 1st year from an aviation school. di ako masyado masaya sa course ko ngayon so i'm planning to transfer to compsci / programming related courses after completing this year, meaning magiging irreg ako. i would just like to ask anong mga univs ang maganda for the course and irreg student-friendly? thank you!
