L5-S1 Pain Lasting 8 months

My back has been bothering me for 8 months from this… I’ve had two epidurals and working out as much as I can but I travel a lot for work and it’s just not getting better I’m a 32M I’m so depressed by this what do I do - I want to cry some days - diagnosis below

L5-S1: There is there is mild disc desiccation with peripheral posterior annular tear, mild disc bulge and a small central disc protrusion. The disc bulge/protrusion contacts the traversing bilateral S1 nerve roots in the subarticular recesses, right greater than left. No canal stenosis. There is mild right neural foraminal stenosis.
