anyone know a usable method for exporting history from Chrome on Android?

I tried Google takeout and got a bunch of data like this back. No urls.

"Session": [
        {
            "Encrypted": "Your data is encrypted and cannot be exported."
        },
        {
            "Encrypted": "Your data is encrypted and cannot be exported."
        },
        {
            "Encrypted": "Your data is encrypted and cannot be exported."
        },

I couldn't find any information about how to disable the encryption, so I suspect that's a dead end.
