As the title, is there any free and secure AI sites that can lip sync uploaded vid with uploaded audio file?

Most sites I've seen only do image to video with lip-sync at the time of generation. Doesn't allow uploaded video to be edited.

I donate Kling but it's not allowing me for its strict censorship.
