What happened to the 25% off using Klarna offer???

A couple of weeks ago I saw that Sephora was offering 25% off for paying with Klarna on Cyber Monday. Between that and store credit from returning an item, I was going to get a $98 fragrance for $40 (so, 4 payments of $10), but now I check the day before and it seems to have disappeared?? WTF???
