Upgrading 2021 sienna platinum speakers

I've always been fantastically underwhelmed by the audio system in my van. But I'm busy, have kids, and never got around to doing something about it.

Fast forward to today, my buddies just laughed at me so hard during a snowboarding trip so I'm going to do something about it as I'm incredibly insecure.

Anyone have any experience with this? What did you do? Can I just replace the speakers with some high end models?
