My 2015 honda civic isnt starting and now im locked out

I have a bit of a dilemma and I'm not sure what to do. I went to go to work this morning and my car wouldn't start, its 2015 honda civic ex-l, the key fob usually unlocks when i put my hand to the handle, but i had to press unlock on my fob, and when i got in the overhead lights turned on and the blue background on the dash lit up but no other lights(the panel of indicator lights for things) or prompts, nor did it register a key for the Push To Starts, and it just wasn't doing anything when i pushed the button to turn it on, so i had to take my fiances car. But when i got home, the key fob wouldn't even unlock the car anymore, we changed the battery in the fob but it didn't change. So currently locked out of the car so i cant even look under the hood. Anyone know what the Problem could be? I'm Stressed
