Curious of Healer's Keybinds for Targeting (BG BLITZ)

I'm curious if healers in BGBlitz use just mouseover for targeting? Use addons? Does anyone out there set up ARENA 1,2,3 but does it with say:
1 2 3 4 and Shift-1 2 3 4 for targeting allies.

Lets start a discussion on healers tips and tricks, targeting and addons for blitz <3. I got hard stuck on my warlock that I love to death after a huge lose streak and decided to just go healer. (zero experience)
