Best creamy skin cleanser out there?

Are there any recommendations for a creamy, not lathering, skin cleanser that is so gentle that if you leave if you accidently leave it on without washing it off, it doesn't break you and and acts like a moisturizer?

Olay used to make one that came in a green bottle and I loved it so much. It left my skin soft, and one day I actually did get interrupted by something and forgot to wash it off. Hours later, when I realized it was still on my face, I went and washed it off and my skin was softer and plumper than ever before.

Of course it has been discontinued, at least fifteen years ago. Does anyone have a rec for that?
