Is it safe to keep using my charger?

I’ve been using a knockoff iMax B6AC for years on my 2S lipos for my rc cars with no issues. Now that I’m charging 3S packs for my Pavo 20 Pro, I noticed that i have never checked the balance voltage per cell before, so i checked it and got 4.18v / 4.22v / 4.20v after a full balance charge.

Is this still safe or should I ditch this charger?
