Random finger swelling?

I'm 5m pp and my ring finger on my right hand has swelled to twice its normal size seemingly for no reason. Has this happened to any of y'all? And how did you fix it? omg it hurts so much guys and my baby keeps trying to squeeze it i can't y'all.
