Jaipur Lit Fest > Volunteer Prog

I got selected as a volunteer at the JLF this year & been allotted to author liasoning. Just wanted to understand if this department is good and if the overall experience is worth engaging with?

Further, do they pay the volunteers? If so, what’s the avg you can expect. I have flight expenses to bear to attend and hence was wondering if at-least the same can get covered
