Which one is worth powering up?

I have a 98% (14/15/15) Dynamax Lugia and a hundo regular Lugia. Is there much of a difference between the 2? I’d like to invest candy in the dynamax since I can do more with it. But if attack wise it’s a significant difference, I’d invest it in the hundo since the dynamax isn’t that great for max battles.
