Angola Pen Pal?

Hi yall. I recently listened to a podcast that talked about how meaningful it can be for inmates to have contact with the outside world, and I learned that some inmates, especially lifers in their older years, hardly or never receive any mail. It inspired me to send some holiday cards to folks in Angola who might not get frequent mail. I have no clue how to do this and when I googled it, I saw that you have to know the full name and DC# of an inmate to send them mail. Is there any way to send letters to someone you don’t already know? Is there an office /organization I can reach out to for help? Any info/leads would be appreciated!
