[Looking to buy first “nice” watch]

I want to buy my first “nice” watch but I only have a budget of around 1,500 dollars. I am more into a classic design, not sports watches. I really just want to know the best brands to look at for my budget. I’ve been looking online and it seems everyone recommends to save up for something like a longines. I also want it to be automatic because I don’t have an automatic yet either. I am just looking for some advice
