Recently had my neighbor/electrician do some work installing the Phillips hue downlights. Previously the house was only lit by lamps so thought this would be a nice change, they have been working great and he wired everything through a single pole rocker switch. Now that I have time I tried connecting them to the bridge but have been having issues. So far only 2 of the 12 lights on the 1st floor are being picked up by the bridge. The lights connect via BT but there is not an option to bind it to the bridge via BT. Just moved in and a bit concerned given I’ve had him wire over 24 of these now and they won’t connect to my bridge.

Methods tried:
-Disconnecting from the BT and trying to pick up on the bridge
-Resetting the bridge
-Flicking them on and off 5 times for hard reset?
-Scanning QR Code, won’t connect but adds it to the room
-Inputting the device serial #
-Resetting the WiFi
-New Ethernet cables for the bridge
-Deleting Bridge and restarting it
