Have a baby, can’t go with VV

My husband and I went on two Virgin Viyages cruises before we had a baby, and absolutely loved it. We are not even cruise people but the food was so good and the vibe so fun… anyway, I’d love to go again, but we can’t - we have a baby. What would be a comparable to VV cruise line that is not extremely expensive? I thought VV were very reasonable, considering all food was included, the quality was really good, we even got $300 works of drinks voucher for free, and their pricing if very transparent - no hidden charges, no tipping... I guess my main ask is food - quality and variety, and departing from Miami.
