Can you revive a channels views after inconsistent uploading?
I have seen many posts here discussing their channel "dying", i feel as if mine is going down the same route and i am wondering if anyone has gotten their channels out of this state?
Personally the cause of mine was inconsistent uploading after a prior regular schedule.
I had been posting since 2021 and had gotten my first viral video at that time which had gotten 900k views which had then set the momentum for the channel.
In June of 2022, 2 videos each got 2 million views within one month which had gotten the channel to around 40k subscribers within that month.
From then on i had been uploading 2-3 videos a month which were between 30 minutes - 50 minutes long which had each been getting between 100k - 800k views per video.
This success lasted until September 2024, i uploaded 4 videos that month which randomly only got 4k views per video.
It was bizarre because the month prior to the drop, the views were at 700k total views with 3 videos uploaded.
From then on, any upload would not surpass 70k views until around 6 months ago when 2 videos had gotten 100k-320k views each.
However my upload schedule decreased to 1 video per month or once every 2 months compared to 2-3 per month between 2022-2023.
Since 2 months ago, once again each new upload is not surpassing more than 4k views although the channel has almost 100k subscribers now and 30 million total views.
I have now increased the upload rate at the same duration to 4 videos per month hoping it will revive the channel.
Any tips from anyone who has successfully revived their channels?
