Amex card and car

So I am filing in December for chapter 7 and have two separate questions:

I some concerns with my company Amex. I don't want my job knowing that I am doing this. I called Amex and they said I should be fine as it's a company card and not on my credit, but I'm reading things on reddit that are worrying me. Some are saying that Amex will close the card, others are saying nothing happens.

Second, I am giving up my car that I am upside down on and want to get a different car now, hopefully with better terms. Should I wait until after bankruptcy? Can the creditor take my current car (which is 2.5 months behind) bc it has a lean on it during the bankruptcy? If so, then I should get a new car now so I have one.. right?
