Low FPS on Windows 11 Laptop

I recently downloaded Sea of Thieves onto my Laptop(I usually play on xbox but was interested in how KBM feels with sea of thieves). I checked to see if I at least met the specs needed to run the game(I'll list them down here):

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS

RAM: 16.0 GB

Storage: 954 GB

GPU: AMD Radeon 780 M

Whenever I open the game, it starts out fine, but when I actually set sail, it starts getting laggy and I get like 4-5 FPS even on Cursed Graphics setting. It also says video graphics crashed or smth, so I also made sure to update by driver to see if thats the problem and that did not fix it. I play almost all my games, including sea of thieves on my console so I don't usually worry about my computer's ability to handle the game, but is the problem that my Computer is outdated and can't handle it? or is there a way to fix it?
