Honors scholarship question

Hii, asking about scholarship stuff again if anyone or any scholars know.

Is the honors scholarship still applicable if I only studied in a parochial school from g7-10 JHS?

I transferred for SHS because my JHS didn't have grades 11-12, and the school the I transferred to isn't parochial. :((

If it's not, should I still take my chances and go for it? :,))
