Help with pumping schedule?

Schedules/Routines

I am a teacher and need to request my schedule be changed to accommodate my pumping times when I return in the fall (about 6 months pp, baby is due this spring). My school starts making the schedule in December/January, so that’s why I’m narrowing it down now!

Instead of asking for coverage, I’m asking that my prep be moved so they only need to provide me coverage 1 day a week (on the day I have no prep). But it has been so long since I’ve pumped, I can’t really remember how much I was needing to pump by the 6 months mark! I did have a lower supply with my first, so did additional night pumps.

I’m planning to request a first period prep. We run a block schedule, so it will look different throughout the week. Essentially, I’d be pumping:

Mondays: 9 AM and 12 PM

Tuesday - Thursday: 8 AM and 11:30 AM

Friday: 8 AM and 12 PM

I am planning to pump before work during the week, as my husband is going to be doing daycare drop offs. This will be around 5/6 AM. I am off by 2:45, and would be able to pick baby up by 3 PM. So, I’m hoping I’ll be able to avoid an after work pump!

Does this schedule make sense? Is it enough? I want to make sure it’s practical before I ask them to switch things around for me! I currently have my prep back to back with my lunch, so I know that’s not a practical schedule at all.
