Clarification on Ninja Gaiden 4 Xbox physical standard edition

Does the physical version of the standard edition for Xbox come with a disc, or just the deluxe edition? I was initially under the impression that only the deluxe edition came with a disc, but I have heard that the regular standard edition comes with a disc.
