C In Calc 2, Freshman At A California CC

So finals are coming up and I screwed up big time on my Calculus 2 exam and I have a C in the class and I don't think I can bring it back up.

I'm 17 years old at a California Community College (I skipped my junior and senior year) and my mental healh has been in the ground. I'm taking Gen Chem 1 and my first semester of English, and I'm doing well in those classes.

Will a C affect me that much? It's too late for me to drop unless I request a withdrawal, but then I fear that I'm at risk of not transferring on time. Completing only two classes in my first semester of freshman year sounds like a bad idea.

I really need help with this one, guys. I'm really stressed, and I'm honestly just so ashamed of myself. I always used to be that one good kid who would get 100s on everything and always wanted to be a doctor ever since I struggled with severe health issues as a toddler, but all of a sudden, I'm struggling so much with everything about school and outside it. Any advice? Will this C affect me that much?
