Need help with my pc

My game is suddenly laggy and frame rate has dropped to shit.

On top of everything. The wretched AMD driver isn't opening. Now am stuck in a loop of uninstall and reinstall with no result on the horizon. Need help or suggestions on how to fix it. Have raised a ticket on amd support but i want to explore a possible workaround by myself so I can fix it if it happens again in the future.
