What professional can give advice about how to reduce impact of welly wind on property

So our house gets slammed in the northerly. looking for ideas to block /diffuse the wind - something specific to our site - we seem to have a wind tunnel .

Are there any professionals that could do a site visit and give advice on this - if so - woukd it be an engineer? architect? builder?
