[question] where to get classy watches for women in NYC?

I have been trying to avoid online shopping because I feel as though buying things in person gives the object more depth. Are there any places in NYC that are not department stores where i can get a nice, classy, vintage-looking watch for women? anything that is suitable for everyday and that doesn't cost much.
