255 Tire on a 9.5" Wheel vs 9" Wheel. How noticeable will the appearance difference be?

For a 255/40/20" wheel.

But I am stuck deciding between a 9"+35 wheel or 9.5"+35 wheel.

How noticeable of a difference do you think the setup will look on a 9" compared to the 9.5"? Cosmetically?
