Asking for emotional support while fighting a severe neurological crisis abroad

I am currently in Israel, in Haifa, receiving treatment for a rare and severe neurological condition. My strength is getting lower every day, and tremor and neurological symptoms keep my body from finding rest.

I am trying to hold on, hour by hour. Any emotional support or kind words would mean a lot right now.
