Braces Day 3 help

Currently on D3 of metal braces and OMD it hurts Im normally an extremely fast eater and braces are acting like my slow feeder

I literally can't chew with my molars at all as it just hurts so bad. But why tho? As my molars are meant for chewing.

Please give advice help 😭😭😭
