Fan can’t see my content

My post with the screenshot got taken down, but I had a sub say my page sucks because they can’t see my content. This is because of DRM protection, correct? I told them to contact support or use a different browser, but there’s genuinely nothing we can do differently on our end (except turn off DRM protection but no way I’m doing that) right?

Felt like a very silly thing to blame me for 😭
