Cleaning septum pain

My septum is only 2 days old normal sized horshoe and I clean it 3 times a day with dermaklenz. I dont know how bad its supposed to hurt when I clean it but I cannot clean it at all without full on sobbing in pain. I've dealt with the healing process of peircings 16 times and it's only ever hurt a little to clean them but this feel like the absolute most stabbing pain. I noticed it isn't exactly in the peircing hole. It's around and going down the left side and still lingers for 2 minutes after. Is this normal? •Age of piercing?- 2 days • jewelry shape- horshoe ring •unsure of threading •Unsure of material. Whatever its supposed to be • not downsized •clean 3 times a day. Put dermaKlenz on a q-tip and rub around peircing and clean Jewlery • no mishaps
