Cold Room

We recently moved into a new house (first owners). One room is freezing. We’ve tried changing the vents to different configurations hoping to get more warm air into that room.

The one vent is in a little window cut out. It’s warm by the window and we can feel warm air coming in, but outside the window cut out, it’s freezing.

Is there anything we can do to get the warm air circulating better?
