(The face swatch above is using the Dear Dahlia blush)

I’ve been slowly building a little blush collection and decided to compare them after trying them side-by-side. Some are cream, some are powder, some are drugstore vibes — but two stood out as clear winners for me.

🥇 Best Cream Blush: Dear Dahlia Cream Blusher
- Super hydrating and blends effortlessly
- Not patchy (even on dry winter skin)
- Shade tones feel luxurious, not flat or too bright
- Easy to control pigment — you can go very soft or build it up
If you like soft, natural, slightly radiant cheeks that look like skin rather than makeup, this is the one.

🥈 Best Powder Blush: Dior Rosy Glow

- The color payoff is bright, lively, and instantly lifts the face
- Long-lasting and stays vibrant throughout the day
But… the downside is definitely the price. It’s beautiful, but you’re definitely paying luxury pricing for it. Still — it’s hard to find a true dupe for the shade and finish.

📌 Final Thoughts
If you’re deciding between a cream and powder blush:
Dear Dahlia → natural, creamy, elegant finish
Dior → bold, bright, long-lasting payoff
Both are keepers in my routine for different reasons.

If you’ve tried either of these, I’d love to know what shades you picked and how you wear them 👇💕
