This has happened a numberous times..

There is the DD driver in my area who always gets my order wrong. I have a disability so going to the grocery store is a nightmare. I order groceries, between 10-15 items tops from the store and it's always within 2 miles. I tip $10+ every time.

I have consistently had this driver and I don't know why this keeps happening. I will order watermelon slices, 4 of them, at around 1lb. It's is clearly marked. There have been times where it says it's bought, but then it's not in the bag and I have 3 sodas instead. Or he'll refund it every time and I know the store has it. Or if there's a substitution, I put other options in there and he refunds anyway. If I message, sometimes he responds, but then he recommends nothing like it.

I've rated him and mentioned this, asking that he please not be on my list of drivers. Yet I get him 50% of the time.

Honestly I'm so confused by this. If it was a whole ass watermelon, I could understand not wanting to haul it....but this is odd.
