why do RZ + SMB style content have attempt limits but other difficult events (like GDC special battle) do not?

dokkan seriously can’t have a little bit of consistency? people wouldn’t cry so hard about the toxicity of fights if they didn’t only have the ability to attempt them a mere 5-6 times a day.
