Need thoughts

So, let me give background:

1. 1st kid 65, married twice, divorced twice, my mom and dad always have taken care of her.
2. 2nd kid, 61 married twice, divorced once, my mom and dad helped him build a house on the property. He left and bought a house with his first wife ended in divorce. My dad said if you leave it becomes his house. After my brother divorced he moved back in the house. My dad already passed away and my Mom allowed him to move back.
3. 3rd kid, 55, married and been with high school sweetheart since 17 yrs old. Worked all my life.

My Mom is 88 yrs old. She just told me she is talking to someone about selling.

She thinks she can buy a house for my brother and sister and screw me….

She is talking to a 22 yr old girl who just became a realtor. I have had my realestate license since I was 19 yrs old. Not active now but I have one in escrow.

My mom keeps asking me if she should just throw my sister out on the streets.

My brother thinks he should get his house because he supposedly put money into it… my dad said you walk away it’s mine. My Dad rented it out even after my brother left.

My sister has lived for free for many years…she might have paid for rent at an apartment for awhile at one time but somehow she moved to one of the 3 houses and her and new husband paid no rent for it. Then after my dad passed away she got my Mom to switch houses with her for the biggest house.

My sister seems to think since she took care of the house all these years gets her dibs on the house and it’s hers.

Let me just share this also… my sister jacked up credit cards to the tune of at least 25,000 that I know of … that my Dad paid off.

Me… no wedding, I eloped. My family did not care for my husband to be. My dad helped buy us a house. He put $20,000 down for us and we paid it on top of our mortgage. My dad passed away and my Mom said I did not need to pay anymore which was like $8000. The only other huge thing my dad did was pay a $3200 charge off BUT I paid every dollar back to him.

So now I watch my sister still get the big house, m My brother the ranch and me the smallest house which is actually my brothers house.

I’m hurt, confused and need some thoughts on this…. Am I wrong to think it should be even whatever she gives anyone????

Don’t forget my mom is alive…. She needs money to live!
