I need help installing and updating.

Can somebody please help me installing and updating the game? Everything I do nothing works.. I followed some tips here in the comment but still not working..

Here are the exact steps I did:

1. Download the game and installed it.
2. Download all the patched both elamigos and TONOKE.
3. After installing the game, I installed v178099 picked update only.
4. Run the game and everything is fine until I get to the main menu.
5. I exit the game and installed the v178468 picked update only.
6. Run the game and as soon as the photosensitivity warning comes up, fatal error appear and crashes the game.
7. I copied the files in the Original Files folder and paste it outside.
8. Run the game and steam opened.
9. Run the patch v178099 again same steps.
10. Run the game and again everything works.
11. Run the patch v178468 again and same error again.
12. Did the step 7 & step 9 but didn't open the game.
13. Run the patch v178468 again.
14. Run the patch v178626.
15. Open the game and same error happened again.

TONOKE update doesn't work, always saying update is not available for your game version despite having the full game including the DLC and bonus content.

Please help.

I already posted this on the site but no one is answering.. Hoping someone here can guide me..
