Nordfjord scenic cruising in September

We just booked the 7-day Norweigian fjord cruise departing on Sept 27. Day 3 is scenic cruising in Nordfjord after a day in Olden. But how much of it will we really see since the ship departs Olden at 6 pm and sunset is at 6:30 pm? thanks!
