Finally earned the right to fly a Federal Corvette in style...but how to gear it?

I'm mostly a casual PvE player. Outside of CG's, I mostly hang out in Powerplay Conflict zones and RES sites doing 'kill ## pirates' missions for merits, or just running random missions for the heck of it.

This is my current layout, engineered to the best of my ability at present. It feels 'okay'ish, but I'm curious if there's any glaring "Why the heck would you do THAT???" kind of issues.

CONSTRUCTIVE critique's welcome :)

Either way, the 'Dragon's Pride' is a damn fine ship on its own. (Only took me like, 11 years to eventually get the rank for it without grinding specifically for it)
