Looking for some advice or confirmation before I mount a TV. I just picked up the 98" QM7K TCL on black Friday. I sit 14 feet away with the standard ~40ish in eye height while sitting.

I have all PSA speakers with the 210 center, 210 towers and the 18in sub. I mocked up a beautiful Excel with each cell an inch. (It might be a little cut off on the right where the sub is, but it is perfectly center on the wall.) The 210 center is 28" wide and 11" high. I am thinking of mounting the TV at 30" from the floor which puts the center of the TV at 55". Top of the TV is 80". The ceiling is 108". Obviously it is above eyeline, but I thought generally reasonable given the height of the center.

I am planning to make the entertainment console below, which will be 96" x 16". With the 11" center, the height is 27" giving a 3" clearance below the TV. I debated making the console shorter, but thought the proportions look odd. Exact center for eyeline means the TV needs to be 15" off the ground, so the console or speaker stand is only "supposed" to be 4". That just does not seem reasonable.

For the console, I am planing alternating two foot sections with one alternating sections open versus closed. Hopefully that makes sense with context of the photo.

Happy to hear any feedback. Certainly wiggle room on the console since I will be making it, but don't love the idea of the speaker basically on the floor.
