anesthesia question

I am getting my wisdom teeth out under IV anesthesia with no intubation this friday the 5th.

i am a 28 yr old female who has a condition that makes me throw up often. i have thrown up the last few days.

i know it affects my throat and salivary glands. i also have a very underdeveloped maxilla.

are there any complications i can have from throwing up that will affect me going under and breathing on my own?
