Layoff / Bench Time Tool 2025- 2026

Hi Everyone,

I built a free tool that helps you project your bench time and estimate your layoff risk based on your current utilization metrics — things like chargeable hours, absence hours, forecasted bench date, etc.
You just plug in your hours and it shows whether you’re low / medium / high risk and how long you could stay off a project before dropping below target.

It’s anonymous and quick — no login or email required.
