How do you get a part-time Software Engineering job as a fresh graduate?

Hi! I am a fresh graduate of Computer Science from Ateneo, a school in the Philippines. I am currently working a full-time job right now, but want to gain a lot more experience quickly, and possibly earn a little extra.

I realized that it might be a little harder to get a part-time job as a SWE, than it is to get a full-time job.

Can someone give some tips, advice or offer experience on this please?

TYIA!
