Odion Into Nibiru Without Fiendsmith
I've been practicing with Odion in case the deck comes out for the December pack, and have hit a snag when it comes to its end board setup. Basically, I can't find a way to insulate my end board from Nibiru without Fiendsmith. This isn't a problem now, but I worry that sometime soon Fiendsmith or Moon of the Closed Heaven might get revisited. If that happens, this deck seems to just fall on its face. The next best option is a super conservative 1 negate and 1 pop that won't do much against top performing decks.
These are the materials I have to work with when setting up:
The Pure End Board looks like this:
Here I have 2 omni-negates and 3 to 5 pops depending on timing. The issue is the Divine Serpent Fusion always comes down on summon 5 which opens it up to Nibiru before I can recoup the traps making it a heavy minus play. Combine that with also being weak to imperm/dominus, and it is way too fragile.
The Fiendsmith board looks like this:
Here I have 2 High King Negates, 2 omni negates, and 3 to 4 pops depending on timing. There is still a weakness to imperm/dominus on Divine Serpent wearing the board, but you at least don't have to worry about Nibiru. Fiendsmith also has a much higher chance of eating negation.
This is the current list I am tweaking:
The main trade-off of adding Fiendsmith has been consistency, as it doesn't allow me to have enough handtraps or space to include Small World ( 78% or so starter chance vs 88%).

Any ideas of what I could fall back on if Fiendsmith gets hit?
